Terms of Service

Cinematic Key is an interface for generating images through third-party model providers using API keys you supply. We do not resell model credits; you pay your provider directly under their pricing.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and provider API keys secure, and for all activity carried out through them.

You may not use the service to create unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or in a way that breaches the terms of the model providers you connect. See the Acceptable Use page for details.

You keep the rights you have in the prompts you write and the outputs you generate, subject to the terms of the model provider that produced them.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. Features may change, and provider outages or model deprecations can affect generation.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
